Projektový záměr řeší regeneraci bytového domu č.p. 135 v Melči. Cílem předkládaného projektu je snížení energetické náročnosti bytového domu a snížení konečné spotřeby energie domácností prostřednictvím energeticky vědomé úpravy objektu. Stavební úpravy spočívají v zateplení obvodových konstrukcí, výměně oken, dveří a výměně zdroje vytápění. Tato opatření povedou k ochraně životního prostředí a podpoře sociálně slabých obyvatel domu, prostřednictvím snížení výdajů na vytápění. (Czech)

The project plan deals with the regeneration of the apartment building no. 135 in Melč. The aim of the submitted project is to reduce the energy performance of the apartment building and to reduce the final consumption of household energy through energy-conscious modification of the building. The construction modifications consist of insulated circuit structures, replacing windows, doors and replacing the heating source. These measures will lead to the protection of the environment and the support of socially vulnerable residents of the house by reducing heating expenditure. (English)
