Obsahem projektu je snížení energetické náročnosti bytového domu a zvýšení životní úrovně obyvatel domu snížením nákladů na bydlení. Celková revitalizace zároveň povede ke zvýšení komfortu bydlení obyvatel domu. Cíle bude dosaženo zlepšením tepelně-technických parametrů stavebních konstrukcí tvořících obálku budovy - zateplení obvodových stěn a rekonstrukce střechy. (Czech)

The project includes reducing the energy performance of the apartment building and increasing the living standards of the house inhabitants by reducing housing costs. At the same time, the overall revitalisation will lead to an increase in housing comfort for residents of the house. The objective will be achieved by improving the thermal-technical parameters of construction structures forming the cover of the building – insulation of perimeter walls and reconstruction of the roof.
