Stavba je navržena v rámci stávajícího bytového domu. Jedná se o provedení nového vnějšího zateplení obvodových stěn domu, zateplení suterénu, zaizolování stropu 1. PP, rekonstrukci střešního pláště a výměna oken a dveří. Stavba obsahuje nové provedení povrchové úpravy pomocí fasádního zateplovacího systému s polystyrenem a tenkovrstvou probarvenou omítkou. Stavbou budou odstraněny stávající komíny, nadstřešní části budou odstraněny. Budou vyměněny žlaby, svody, háky, hromosvod, parapety. (Czech)

The building is designed within an existing apartment building. It is a design of a new external insulation of the perimeter walls of the house, insulation of the basement, insulation of the ceiling 1. PP, reconstruction of roof cover and replacement of windows and doors. The construction includes a new finish of the surface treatment using a facade thermal insulation system with polystyrene and a thin layer coloured plaster. The existing chimneys will be removed from the building, the above roof parts will be removed. Troughs, sewers, hooks, lightning rods, parapets will be replaced. (English)
