Panelový dům Kunín 388 s 12 bytovými jednotkami byl postaven přibližně v roce 1979. Dům v současné době nesplňuje požadavky energetické náročnosti. Popraskané spoje mezi panely a opadaná omítka působí neesteticky mezi již revitalizovanými domy blízkého okolí. Realizace projektu zvýší energetickou účinnost domu, sníží spotřebu celkové dodané energie o 54,69% . Zateplením obálky domu bude třída energetické náročnosti posunuta ze stávajícího stupně E do stupně C. SC 2.5 bude splněn. (Czech)

The Kunín 388 panel house with 12 apartment units was built approximately in 1979. The house currently does not meet the requirements of energy performance. Cracked connections between panels and fallen plaster act unestically among already revitalised houses near the surrounding area. Implementation of the project will increase the energy efficiency of the house, reduce the total energy consumption by 54.69 %. By insulation of the house envelope, the energy intensity class will be shifted from the current E level to stage C. SC 2.5 will be met. (English)
