Předmětem projektu je regenerace a komplexní zateplení domu. Zateplení obvodových stěn kontaktním zateplovacím systémem (ETICS), nové zateplení střešního pláště, výměna starých oken, vchodových dveří a oprava lodžií panelového domu Malátova 427 a 428 v Liberci. Projekt je určen pro majitele a obyvatele bytového domu. Hlavním cílem projektu je snížení energetické náročnosti objektu,neboť vykazuje neuspokojivé parametry z hlediska energetických nároků na provoz objektu, kvality a estetiky bydlení (Czech)

The object of the project is regeneration and complex insulation of the house. Insulation of perimeter walls with contact insulation system (ETICS), new insulation of roof jacket, replacement of old windows, entrance door and repair of loggia of the panel house Malátova 427 and 428 in Liberec. The project is intended for owners and residents of the apartment building. The main objective of the project is to reduce the energy performance of the building, because it shows unsatisfactory parameters in terms of energy requirements for the operation of the building, quality and aesthetics of housing (English)
