Obsahem projektu je kompletní rekonstrukce střechy, rekonstrukce pláště objektu a oprava okapového chodníku. Cílem projektu je snížení energetické náročnosti budovy. Aktivity k rekonstrukci střechy - odstranění stávající střešní vrstvy s novou vrstvou ploché střechy spádovanou ke dvěma vnitřním střešním vtokům. Na zateplení objektu je navržen kontaktní zateplovací systém (izolační desky z polystyrenu). Bude provedena výměna výplní otvoru v 1. NP. (Czech)

The project includes complete reconstruction of the roof, reconstruction of the casing and repair of the gutter pavement. The aim of the project is to reduce the energy performance of the building. Activities to reconstruct the roof – the removal of the existing roof layer with a new layer of flat roof inclined to two inner roof inlets. For insulation of the object is proposed a contact insulation system (insulating plate made of polystyrene). There will be an exchange of fillings of the hole in 1. IT’S AN NP. (English)
