Předmětem projektu je snížení spotřeby energie v budově kulturního domu v Březnici, který se nachází v památkové zóně. Dle vyjádření NPÚ je nutné zachovat stávající keramické obklady fasády a pohledový beton, které tvoří obvodový plášť budovy. Z tohoto důvodu budou realizována pouze energetická opatření na zateplení střešní konstrukce objektu a dojde k nahrazení stávajících doposud nevyměněných oken a dveří s výjimkou proskleného vstupního atria, které dle doporučení NPÚ má zůstat bez zásahů. The object of the project is to reduce energy consumption in the building of the cultural house in Březnice, which is located in the monument zone. According to the NPÚ, it is necessary to preserve the existing ceramic facade tiles and the view concrete, which form the perimeter casing of the building. For this reason, only energy measures to insulate the roof structure of the building will be implemented and the existing unchanged windows and doors will be replaced, with the exception of the glass input atrium, which should remain uninterrupted according to the recommendations of the SAO.
