    Projekt řeší celkovou rekonstrukci administrativní budovy umístěné na p.č. 3643 v k.ú. Klatovy/III.V rámci rekonstrukce dojde k demontáži stávajícího lehkého obvodového pláště, který bude nahrazen vyzdívaným pláštěm s kontaktním ztplovacím systémem.Budou vyměněny všechny vnější otvorové prvky, provedeno zateplení podlahy 1.NP a střechy objektu. Objekt bude vytápěn plynovým kondenzačním kotlem, bude provedena nová otopná soustava. (Czech)

    The project deals with the overall reconstruction of the administrative building located on p. no. 3643 in k.ú. Klatovy/III.As part of the reconstruction, the existing light circumferential shell will be dismantled, which will be replaced by a walled casing with a contact heating system.All outer opening elements will be replaced, insulated floor 1st floor and roofing of the building will be replaced. The object will be heated by a gas condensing boiler, a new heating system will be performed. (English)
