Projekt reaguje na několik problematických oblastí v organizaci, kterými jsou zejména implementace strategického plánu, výkonu fundraisingu a PR aktivit a limity v kompetencích pracovníků. Prostřednictvím vzdělávacích aktivit, odborných stáží a cílené podpory ze strany expertů a chce docílit posílení kompetencí pracovníků pro výkon jejich činností a zajistit tak fungující proces strategického plánování, efektivní výkon fundraisingu i PR aktivit a zvýšení známosti organizace mezi veřejností. The project responds to several problematic areas in the organisation, namely implementation of the strategic plan, performance of fundraising and PR activities and limits within the competencies of workers. Through educational activities, professional internships and targeted support from experts, it wants to strengthen the competence of workers for the performance of their activities and thus ensure a functioning process of strategic planning, effective performance of fundraising and PR activities and increasing the organisation’s awareness among the public.
