Hlavním cílem je profesionalizovat zaměstnance, navýšit odbornou kapacitu a udržet schopnost nabízet komplexní služby i dalším, novým klientům.Dílčí cíle reagují na problémy zjištěné procesním auditem. ParaCentrum Fenix is the only organisation in Moravia that helps people paralysed after damage to the spinal cord to adapt to the new life situation and to gain the prerequisites for social and occupational employment. The main goal is to professionalise employees, increase professional capacity and maintain the ability to offer comprehensive services to other new clients.Partial goals respond to problems identified by process audit.
