    Cílem projektu je vytvořit a pilotně ověřit nástroje pro řízení kvality a sledování efektivity sociální práce s mladistvými a mladými dospělými vyrůstajícími či opouštějícími ústavní výchovu nebo náhradní rodinnou péči. Projekt povede k tvorbě a doplňování souboru indikátorů pro hodnocení impaktu kolem konkrétních výkonů sociální práce (tvorba přímo v prostředí praxe) a zdokonalení procesů a výkonnosti u vybraných poskytovatelů služeb.
