    Projekt vnáší do agendy SPOD (pilotně MČ P 8) v UK licencovaný nástroj (OS) měření impaktu, změn a podpory změn pro děti ohrožené CAN a jejich sociálně ohrožené rodiče, využívá ho pro matching problému s vhodnou intervencí a její design. Dále OS napojuje na mobilní týmy ? model práce pro řešení CAN (prevence ÚV) a zabránění nežádoucích sociálně patologických jevů s ním souvisejících.
