Centrum dlouhodobě nedisponuje dostatkem odborníků, kteří by, vzhledem k rozmanitosti a rozsáhlosti tematických cílů IROP, pokryli celou oblast problémů v jednotlivých tematických cílech. Především se bude jednat o expertní právní služby, spočívající ve zpracování stanovisek a odborných posudků, konzultací k zadávacím řízením v rámci veřejných zakázek příjemců dotace spolufinancovaných z IROP. In the long term, the Centre does not have enough experts to cover the entire area of problems in individual thematic objectives due to the diversity and extensive thematic objectives of the IROP. In particular, it will include expert legal services consisting of the preparation of opinions and expert opinions, consultations on procurement procedures within the public procurement of beneficiaries of subsidies co-financed from the IROP.
