Projekt se zaměřuje na dlouhodobou podporu pečujících osob. Umožňuje využít různé formy motivačních, psychoterapeutických a poradenských setkání. Cílem je zmírnění znevýhodnění těchto osob spojené s poskytováním neformální péče. Toto znevýhodnění negativně ovlivňuje psychiku jedince a způsobuje potíže při znovuzačlenění do společnosti a na pracovní trh. Cílová skupina vzejde z oblasti Středočeského kraje, území dopadu projektu je největší v regionu MAS Podlipansko. (Czech)

The project focuses on long-term support of carers. It allows you to use various forms of motivational, psychotherapy and counselling meetings. The aim is to alleviate the disadvantages of these people associated with the provision of informal care. This disadvantage negatively affects the psyche of the individual and causes difficulties in reintegration into society and the labour market. The target group will come from the Central Bohemian Region, the territory of the impact of the project is the largest in the region of the Podlipansko LAG. (English)
