Cílem projektu je zvýšit adaptabilitu zaměstnanců a konkurenceschopnost firmy GOLF CLUB U Hrádečku s. r. o. prostřednictvím zvyšování odborných znalostí, klíčových kompetencí a dovedností zaměstnanců. Projekt je orientován na celkový rozvoj pracovní způsobilosti zaměstnanců pro zvýšení jejich kvalifikace a adaptability. Neméně důležitým cílem je také snaha o prohloubení zájmu zaměstnanců o celoživotní vzdělávání. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to increase the adaptability of employees and the competitiveness of GOLF CLUB U Hrádečku s. r. o. through increasing professional knowledge, key competences and skills of employees. The project is oriented towards the overall development of employees’ capacity to increase their qualifications and adaptability. No less important aim is also to try to deepen employees’ interest in lifelong learning. (English)
