    Předmětem projektu je podpora sociálního začleňování sociálně vyloučených osob a osob ohrožených sociálním vyloučením, včetně odstraňování bariér v jejich přístupu k zaměstnávání, k bydlení, k obnovování soc. kontaktů a k řešení dluhové situace, pomoc obětem domácího násilí, pomoc rodinám ohroženým dlouhodobě krizovými soc. situacemi a osobám se zdravotním postižením či kombinovanými diagnózami.
