Projekt poskytuje podporu formou registrované terénní sociální služby Odlehčovací služby dle par. 44 zákona 108/2006 Sb. O sociálních službách, v platném znění osobám se zdravotním postižením nad 27 let v mikroregionu Hradecký venkov. Osoby z cílové skupiny jsou závislé na nepřetržité pomoci cizí osoby, jsou v domácím prostředí a mají svého neformálního pečovatele z řad rodiny. Projekt zajistí pomoc cílové skupině při zvládání běžných denních úkonů a zároveň odlehčí pečujícím osobám. (Czech)

The project provides support in the form of registered field social services Endurance services according to par. 44 of Act 108/2006 Coll. About social services, as amended by persons with disabilities over 27 years old in the microregion Hradecký Rural. People from the target group depend on the continuous help of a stranger, are in their home environment and have their informal caregiver from among the family. The project will provide assistance to the target group in the management of daily routines and at the same time relieved carers. (English)
