Předmětem projektu je podpora sociálního začleňování sociálně vyloučených osob a osob ohrožených sociálním vyloučením, včetně odstraňování bariér v jejich přístupu k zaměstnávání, k bydlení, k obnovování sociálních kontaktů anebo k řešení dluhové situace. Tento záměr bude naplňován finančním zajištěním služeb sociální prevence do konce roku 2018 spolu se zvyšováním kvality, dostupnosti, kontroly, efektivity a informovanosti o poskytování ucelené sítě těchto služeb na území Kraje Vysočina. The subject of the project is to promote social inclusion of socially excluded persons and persons at risk of social exclusion, including removing barriers to their access to employment, housing, renewing social contacts or solving debt situations. This plan will be implemented by the financial provision of social prevention services by the end of 2018, along with increasing quality, availability, control, efficiency and awareness of the provision of a comprehensive network of these services in the territory of the Vysočina Region.
