Projekt se zaměřuje na cílovou skupinu osoby se zdravotním postižením v Brněnské metropolitní oblasti a řeší jejich uplatnitelnost na trhu práce. Do projektu bude přijato 40 OZP, které projdou vzdělávacím blokem. Následně účastníky zaměstnáme na otevřeném trhu práce s cílem obnovení jejich pracovních návyků. Po celou dobu realizace projektu bude poskytována účastníkům poradenská činnost a podpora. (Czech)

The project focuses on the target group of persons with disabilities in the Brno metropolitan area and addresses their applicability on the labour market. 40 CAPs will be accepted into the project, which will pass through the educational block. We will then employ participants in the open labour market with the aim of restoring their work habits. Throughout the project implementation, the participants will be provided with consultancy and support. (English)
