Projekt je zaměřen na rozvoj kvalifikace zaměstnanců členských subjektů AOBP ČR. Vzdělávací kurzy byly vybrány s ohledem na rozvojové potřeby zaměstnanců, jakož i potřebu jejich dalšího kvalifikačního rozvoje z pohledu firmy jakožto zaměstnavatele. Projekt navazuje na projekt Rozvoj lidských zdrojů členských podniků Asociace obranného a bezpečnostního průmyslu ČR. (Czech)

The project is aimed at developing the qualifications of employees of AOBP CR member bodies. The training courses were selected with regard to the development needs of employees as well as the need for further qualification development from the perspective of the company as an employer. The project follows on from the Development of Human Resources of member companies of the Defence and Security Industry Association of the Czech Republic. (English)
