Předkládaný projektový záměr řeší obměnu aplikačního vybavení MěÚ Františkovy Lázně. Záměr je koncipován tak, aby jeho realizací byly agendy vykonávané MěÚ podpořeny moderními prvky ICT a to s potenciálem zvýšení kvality poskytovaných veřejných služeb při dodržování principů 3E (hospodárnosti, účelnosti a efektivnosti). Záměr obměny je popsán ze všech nutných pohledů, tj. z pohledu souladu se strategickými dokumenty, z pohledu technického řešení, organizačního zajištění i možných rizik. (Czech)

The submitted project plan deals with the modification of the application equipment of the MěÚ Františkovy Lázně. The plan is designed in such a way that its implementation of the agendas carried out by MeÚ is supported by modern elements of ICT, with the potential to improve the quality of the provided public services while complying with the principles of 3E (economicity, effectiveness and efficiency). The intention of the change is described from all necessary perspectives, i.e. from the point of view of compliance with strategic documents, from the point of view of technical solutions, organisational collateral and possible risks.
