Projekt je souborem aktivit, které povedou k zavedení opatření age managementu ve skupině průmyslových podniků CZECHOSLOVAK GROUP a.s. (dále jen CSG). Všechna zaváděná opatření vzešla ze zpracovaného age management auditu, který byl hlavním podkladem pro zpracování žádosti. Díky zavedení doporučených opatření dojde ke zvýšení pracovních schopností zaměstnanců jednotlivých podniků skupiny CSG, kterých je v současnosti téměř 7 tis. (Czech)

The project is a set of activities that will lead to the introduction of age management measures in the group of industrial enterprises CZECHOSLOVAK GROUP a.s. (hereinafter referred to as CSG). All the measures introduced came from the prepared agenda management audit, which was the main basis for processing the application. The implementation of the recommended measures will increase the work capacity of individual CSG companies, which are currently almost 7 thousand. (English)
