Současný systém varování a vyrozumění obyvatelstva při krizových událostech, např. v době povodní apod. je nepoužitelný! Město nedisponuje žádnými prvky pro okamžité vyrozumění o hrozícím nebezpečí (čidla na hlídání stavu hladiny, srážkoměr apod.). Cílem projektu je poskytnout občanům města kvalitní a včasné zprávy a jejich rozšiřování prostřednictvím hlásného a varovného systému ochrany před povodněmi a tím zvládnout kritické situace v době přívalových dešťů a povodní. The current system of warning and reporting of the population during crisis events, e.g. during the floods, etc., is useless! The city has no elements for immediate notification of the imminent danger (level monitoring sensors, collision meter, etc.). The aim of the project is to provide the city’s citizens with quality and timely reports and their dissemination through a notice and warning system of flood protection and thus to cope with critical situations during the flooding and floods.
