Hlavním cílem projektu je zlepšení celkového systému povodňové služby a preventivní protipovodňové ochrany a tudíž bezpečnost obyvatel a ochrana jejich majetku; to prostřednictvím zavedení varovného informačního systému spolu se systémy digitálního povodňového plánu a lokálního výstražného systému. The main objective of the project is to improve the overall flood service system and preventive flood protection and hence the safety of the population and the protection of their assets; this is through the introduction of a warning information system together with digital flood plan systems and a local warning system.
