Jeden z hlavních cílů CESAR TRADE s.r.o.,jak si udržet místo na trhu a posílit konkurenceschopnost firmy,je zvyšovat kvalifikaci,vzdělanostní rozhled a adaptabilitu svých zaměstnanců s očekávaným výsledkem zvýšení efektivity práce, snížení rozdílů mezi požadavky na vzdělání v jednotlivých pracovních pozicích zaměstnavatele a úrovní vzdělání zaměstnance. One of the main objectives of CESAR TRADE s.r.o., how to maintain a position on the market and strengthen the competitiveness of the company, is to increase the qualifications, educational perspective and adaptability of its employees with the expected result of increasing labour efficiency, reducing the disparities between the requirements for education in individual employers’ jobs and the level of education of the employee. The company wants to achieve the objectives in the form of courses and trainings selected according to the work of individual employees participating in this project. (English)
