    Projekt se zabývá vyhotovením digitálního povodňového plánu a vybudování funkčního moderního systému varování a vyrozumívání před povodňovým nebezpečím ve správním území města Hradec nad Moravicí. V rámci projektu bude vytvořen nový hlásný profil kategorie C i srážkoměr. Obyvatelstvo bude před nebezpečím varováno prostřednictvím hlásných míst s reproduktory.
