Projekt počítá s vybudováním varovného a výstražného informačního systému a digitálního povodňového plánu pro město Kostelec nad Labem. Město bylo v minulých letech několikrát zasaženo povodněmi. Hlavním cílem zavedení varovného informačního systému spolu se systémy dPP a LVS je zvýšení a zlepšení celkového systému povodňové služby a preventivní protipovodňové ochrany a tudíž bezpečnost obyvatel a ochrana majetku. Projekt je koncipován jako neziskový a vychází z reálného cíle. (Czech)

The project envisages the construction of a warning and warning information system and a digital flood plan for the town of Kostelec nad Labem. The city has been hit by floods several times in recent years. The main objective of the implementation of the alert information system together with the DPP and LVS systems is to increase and improve the overall flood service system and preventive flood protection and thus the safety of the population and the protection of property. The project is conceived as a non-profit and is based on a real goal. (English)
