Cílem předkládaného projektu je zajistit odborné i obecné vzdělávání zaměstnanců společnosti S&K LABEL v letech 2017 - 2018. Volba konkrétních vzdělávacích kurzů byla zvolena v návaznosti na provedenou analýzu vzdělávacích potřeb zaměstnanců a je předpokladem pro možnosti kariérního růstu zaměstnanců. Obsah i možnosti projektu byly konzultovány s vedoucími jednotlivých oddělení společnosti a následně představeny také cílové skupině projektu. (Czech)

The aim of the submitted project is to provide training and general training of employees of S&Amp;K LABEL in 2017-2018. The choice of specific training courses was chosen following an analysis of the training needs of employees and is a prerequisite for career growth of employees. The content and possibilities of the project were consulted with the heads of individual departments of the company and subsequently also presented to the target group of the project. (English)
