Cílem projektu je uspokojení stále se zvyšujících požadavků zákazníků společnosti ZV - Nástroje po moderních profesionálních řešeních, z čehož vyplývá enormní tlak na znalosti a zkušenosti pracovníků. Vhodnou příležitostí pro posílení konkurenceschopnosti je realizace projektu, který si klade za cíl odborné vzdělávání 106-ti zaměstnanců na prohloubení, zvýšení nebo udržení kvalifikace. The aim of the project is to satisfy the ever-increasing customer requirements of ZV – Tools for modern professional solutions, resulting in enormous pressure on the knowledge and experience of the workers. A suitable opportunity to strengthen competitiveness is the realisation of a project that aims to train 106 employees to deepen, increase or maintain qualifications. The education will be realised by external delivery or experienced internal lecturers. (English)
