Cílem projektu je přispět ke snížení genderové nerovnosti a zlepšení postavení na trhu práce (TP) cílové skupiny (CS) - žen ohrožených na trhu práce, konkrétně žen s dětmi mladšími 15-ti let (min. 32 osob) a žen 55-64 let (min. 12 osob), a to na Praze-západ. Cíle projektu chceme dosáhnout prostřednictvím realizace cíleného komplexu provázaných aktivit a umístěním CS na 2 prac. místa na 0,5 úvazku. Realizace projektu přispěje k plnění principu rovných příležitostí.Aktivity se týkají OBLASTI 1. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to contribute to reducing gender inequality and improving the labour market position (TP) of the target group (CS) – women at risk on the labour market, namely women with children under 15 years of age (min. 32 persons) and women 55-64 (min. 12 people) in Prague-West. We want to achieve the objectives of the project through the implementation of a targeted complex of interconnected activities and by placing CS on 2 jobs on 0.5 part-time. Implementation of the project will contribute to the fulfilment of the principle of equal opportunities.The activities relate to OBLASTI 1. (English)
