Projekt se zaměřuje na ženy, které jsou znevýhodněné ne trhu práce z několika důvodů. Spadají do věkové kategorie 55+, mají zdravotní postižení a jsou nezaměstnané v evidenci ÚP. Dále mají bydliště v Moravskoslezském kraji, který je na prvním místě v nezaměstnanosti z celé ČR, kde je zároveň nejmenší nabídka volných pracovních míst. Projekt řeší situaci zapojením 20ti účastnic z CS do projektu, v rámci kterého získají jak širokou nabídku vzdělávacích a poradenských aktivit ale i zaměstnání. (Czech)

The project focuses on women who are disadvantaged not the labour market for several reasons. They fall into the age category 55+, have a disability and are unemployed in the registration of the UP. They also reside in the Moravian-Silesian Region, which is the first place in unemployment from all over the Czech Republic, where there is also the smallest job vacancy. The project solves the situation by involving 20 participants from the CS in the project, within which they will receive a wide range of educational and advisory activities as well as employment.
