    Projekt je zaměřen na podporu žen s malými dětmi tak, aby tyto ženy na základě získaných kompetencí a dovedností byly schopny uplatnit se ve vedoucích pozicích a osvobodit se od přetrvávajících bariér, které jim brání v dosahování vytčených cílů. Důraz je kladen na praktickou složku zisku reálných kompetencí a jejich ověření v praxi.Součástí projektu jsou také aktivity jejichž cílem je zanalyzovat genderovou problematiku regionu a představit témata genderu a problematiku rovného přístupu.
