Projekt je zaměřený na zvýšení odborné úrovně znalostí, dovedností a kompetencí zaměstnanců společnosti Advantage-fl.cz s.r.o.s cílem dosáhnout souladu kvalifikační úrovně pracovní síly s požadavky trhu práce a s interními požadavky kladenými na všechny zaměstnance od řídících pracovníků přes specialisty, technické a administrativní pracovníky až po pracovníky ve službách formou zajištění externího vzdělávání v souladu s implementací nových procesů a rozvíjející se společností.
