V rámci projektu budou pracovníci společnosti proškoleni v těchto aktivitách: Technické a jiné odborné vzdělávání, Interní lektor, Měkké a manažerské dovednosti. Cílem je zvýšit znalosti zaměstnanců, které jsou důležité pro výkon jejich pracovní činnosti. Rizika projektu mohou spočívat např. v nízkém zájmu cílové skupiny o školení, či nedodržení harmonogramu projektu. Všechna rizika se však bude společnost snažit eliminovat tak, aby byly cíle a indikátory projektu řádně a včas splněny. (Czech)

Within the project, the company’s staff will be trained in the following activities: Technical and other vocational training, Internal tutor, Soft and managerial skills. The aim is to increase the knowledge of employees which are important for the performance of their work. The risks of the project may consist, for example, in the low interest of the target group in the training or failure to comply with the project schedule. However, the company will try to eliminate all risks in such a way that the project’s objectives and indicators are met properly and in a timely manner. (English)
