Hlavním cílem projektu je zvýšení odborných znalostí a dovedností zaměstnanců společnosti Nekton-Vrňata s r.o. zaměřených zejména na prohloubení, rozšíření, zvýšení a udržení kvalifikace, a tím dosažení zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti společnosti. Projekt je svým širokým záběrem do několika oblastí orientován na celkový rozvoj pracovní způsobilosti zaměstnanců pro zvýšení jejich kvalifikace a adaptability. Dalším cílem je prohloubení zájmu zaměstnanců o celoživotní vzdělávání. (Czech)

The main aim of the project is to increase the expertise and skills of employees of Nekton-Vrňata s r.o. focused mainly on deepening, expanding, increasing and maintaining qualifications and thus achieving an increase in the competitiveness of the company. The project is focused on the overall development of employees’ ability to improve their qualifications and adaptability in several areas. Another objective is to deepen employees’ interest in lifelong learning. (English)
