    Projekt je zaměřen na zlepšení postavení 70 žen s malými dětmi na trhu práce v okrese Zlín. Projekt podpoří rovnost žen a mužů na trhu práce a napomůže ženám ke slaďování pracovního, soukromého a rodinného života, k podpoře vzdělávání žen za účelem zvýšení jejich zaměstnanosti po přerušení pracovní kariéry z důvodu péče o děti, ke zvýšení využívání flexibilních forem práce jako forem podpory slaďování, ke snížení pracovní diskriminace na trhu práce a k překonávání genderových stereotypů.
