Projekt je zaměřen na ohrožené cílové skupiny uchazečů o zaměstnání a to dlouhodobě nezaměstnané nad 5 měsíců a uchazeče starší 50 let věku. Projekt řeší pomoc lidem z těchto CS na okresech Blansko a Vyškov, kde má žadatel své provozovny a dlouhodobě zde působí v oblasti vzdělávání a poradenství. Projekt nabízí motivační, poradenské, vzdělávací a rekvalifikační programy včetně následného zaměstnání u zaměstnavatelů. Rekvalifikace jsou uzpůsobeny potřebám trhu práce - dle vlastního průzkumu. The project is aimed at vulnerable target groups of jobseekers, long-term unemployed over 5 months and applicants over 50 years of age. The project deals with assistance to people from these CS in the districts of Blansko and Vyškov, where the applicant has its own premises and has long been working in the field of education and consultancy. The project offers motivational, advisory, educational and retraining programmes including subsequent employment with employers. Retraining is tailored to the needs of the labour market – according to their own survey. (English)
