Projekt řeší nastavení kolegiální podpory formou mentoringu na základě vzájemného sdílení zkušeností a společné práce mezi kolegy a kolegyněmi v mateřských školách Libereckého kraje. Podporuje společnou konverzaci a sdílení společných cílů mezi vedením a zaměstnanci. Pod vedením odborných konzultantů a externích mentorů předávají aktivní pracovníci - mentoři své zkušenosti a know-how méně zkušeným mentees v oblasti čtenářské a matematické pregramotnosti a v individualizaci vyučování. The project solves the setting of collegiate support in the form of mentoring based on mutual sharing of experience and joint work between colleagues and colleagues in kindergartens of the Liberec Region. It promotes joint conversation and sharing common goals between management and staff. Under the guidance of professional consultants and external mentors, active staff – mentors hand over their experience and know-how to less experienced mentees in the field of reading and mathematical preliteracy and in individualisation of teaching.
