    Cílem RCI je podporovat spolupráci mezi odborníky v různých oblastech informatiky, mezi vědci zaměřenými na základní výzkum a experty v aplikačním výzkumu, ale především mezi zkušenými a mezinárodně uznávanými vědci a postgraduálními studenty, postdoky a mladými odbornými asistenty.
