Z dosavadních zkušeností vyplývá potřeba vytvoření účinné strategie v oblasti výchovy a vzdělávání. Cílem je nalezení modelu místního efektivního vých. a vzděl. systému zahrnujícího změny podmínek pro jejich uskutečňování. Dílčím cílem strategie je vznik dohody na zpracování a realizaci návazných investičních i neinvestič. projektů. Výsledkem strategie bude příprava změn v oblasti materiálně technického zázemí, vybavení škol a nastavení komunikace a vzájemné spolupráce aktérů na území ORP Svitav (Czech)
