Cílem projektu je vybudování lokální infrastruktury pro poskytování ambulantních a terénních komunitních sociálních služeb, jejichž synergickým působením bude docházet ke snižování počtu osob ohrožených sociálním vyloučením nebo závislých na službách institucionalizované péče. Smyslem a cílem podpořených služeb je začleňování uživatelů do běžné společnosti a podpora využívání dalších zdrojů v běžné komunitě, získávání kompetencí pro samostatné vedení domácnosti, nastartování pracovní kariéry. a. The aim of the project is to build a local infrastructure for the provision of outpatient and off-road community social services whose synergy will reduce the number of persons at risk of social exclusion or dependent on institutionalised care services. The purpose and goal of supported services is to integrate users into a common society and to support the use of other resources in the ordinary community, acquiring competences for independent household management, starting a career.
