Projektem dojde prostřednictvím komplexního řešení ke snížení energetické náročnosti budovy - výrobní haly společnosti LAPEK, a.s. v Jihalvě, která se zabývá pekařskou a cukrářskou výrobou. Dotčená budova, která je ve vlastnictví žadatele, leží na parcele č. 3891/5.
