    V rámci projektu dojde k nákupu a revitalizaci výrobní haly na parc. 1880/30 k.ú. Píšť a vybudování přístupových a obslužných komunikací na sousedních pozemcích. Objekt ani pozemky nejsou v současnosti ve vlastnictví žadatele, v průběhu září 2015 dojde k podpisu kupní smlouvy. Hala, která je podstatou projektu je ve špatném technickém stavu (kdysi zde probíhal chov krav) a není způsobilá dalšímu využití bez komplexní rekonstrukce.
