Předmětem projektu je revitalizace stávajícího zastaralého nevyužívaného objektu k podnikání v podporovaných ekonomických činnostech programu Nemovitosti. Objekt se nachází na parcele č. 226 v k.ú. Vícenice u Náměště nad Oslavou. Jedná se o typ projektu: Projekt rekonstrukce objektu. Díky projektu rekonstrukci objektu typu brownfield se zvýší konkurenceschopnost podniku a dojde ke zvýšení zaměstnanosti v okrese Třebíč. Projekt bude realizován po dobu 12 měsíců za celkovou částku cca 5 300 000 Kč a. (Czech)

The object of the project is to revitalise the existing obsolete unused building to do business in the supported economic activities of the Real estate programme. The building is located on plot no. 226 in k.ú. Multinice near Náměště nad Oslavou. This is a type of project: Project of the reconstruction of the building. Thanks to the brownfield reconstruction project, the company’s competitiveness will increase and employment in Třebíč district will be increased.
