Žadatel KVS EKODIVIZE a.s. je výrobcem varných spotřebičů na pevná paliva, určených k tepelné úpravě pokrmů a k vytápění prostoru, v němž jsou umístěny. Žadatel je významným dodavatelem těchto produktů na český i zahraniční trh. V rámci udržení konkurenceschopnosti a prodejnosti výrobků je žadatel nucen inovovat své výrobky, jak z hlediska designu, tak především z hlediska legislativních opatření. The applicant KVS EKODIVISE a.s. is a manufacturer of cooking appliances for solid fuels intended for heat treatment of dishes and for heating the space in which they are located. The applicant is an important supplier of these products to the Czech and foreign markets. In order to maintain the competitiveness and marketability of products, the applicant is forced to innovate its products, both in terms of design and especially in terms of legislative measures. EU Regulation 2015/1185 will apply in the Czech Republic from 1.1.2020. a. (English)
