V rámci předešlých projektů došlo k získání znalostí pro zahájení a realizaci internacionalizačních aktivit a vytvoření nadnárodních vazeb. Tento projekt na tyto aktivity navazuje a zaměřuje se především na upevnění přeshraniční spolupráce s komplementárními klastry pro budování nového hodnotového řetězce v nově vznikajících průmyslových odvětvích, rozšíření cílových trhů a klíčových partnerů, zvýšení mezinárodního povědomí a na mezinárodní hodnocení kvality a výkonosti klastru. a.
