Hlavním cílem projektu je vytvořit dlouhodobé a dostupné nájemní sociální bydlení ve městě Čáslav, které umožní sociálně vyloučeným osobám a osobám ohroženým sociálním vyloučením vstup vstoupit do nájemního vztahu. Nástrojem dosažení uvedeného cíle je novostavba bytového domu, ve které budou zřízeny nové bytové jednotky pro účely sociálního bydlení. Díky tomu bude možné ve městě nabídnout cenově dostupné nájemní bydlení osobám sociálně vyloučeným či ohroženým tímto vyloučením. a. (Czech)

The main objective of the project is to create long-term and affordable rental social housing in the city of A, which will enable socially excluded persons and persons at risk of social exclusion to enter the rental relationship. The instrument to achieve that objective is the construction of a building in which new housing units are set up for social housing purposes. This will make it possible in the city to offer affordable rental housing to those socially excluded or at risk of this exclusion. (English)
