Předkládaný projekt vychází ze zhruba 10-ti leté zkušenosti s projektováním a provozováním elektronických systémů pro ?bezpapírové? kanceláře. Investice do vývoje komplexního software řešení pro elektronizaci administrativy úřadů a institucí (tzv. ,,bezpapírová kancelář).
