    Předmětem projektu je provedení stavební úpravy obvodového pláště a energeticky úsporných opatření na obálce budovy, novou osvětlovací soustavu v hale bývalé kotelny a budovy údržby, novou teplovodní otopnou soustavu a instalaci fotovoltaické elektrárny na sedlové střechy. Investicí do snížení energetické náročnosti průmyslového objektu dojde ke snížení roční spotřeby energie o 2 871,72 GJ a emisí CO2 o 318,245 t/rok. a. (Czech)
