Předmětem projektu je vytvořit dostupné nájemní sociální bydlení v obci Hostětín, které umožní osobám v bytové nouzi vstup do nájemního vztahu. Nástrojem dosažení uvedeného cíle je adaptace nebytových prostor pro potřeby sociálního bydlení. Konkrétně se bude jednat o stavební úpravy bývalého rodinného domu na tři byty sociálního bydlení nejpozději do konce roku 2018. a. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to create accessible rental housing in the municipality of Hodrotín, which will make it possible for people in the housing sector to enter the rental relationship. The instrument to achieve that objective shall be in the non-residential field for the needs of social housing. More specifically, it will discuss the construction of a former family house into three housing housing units by the end of 2018 at the latest. (English)
